Museum History Boxes Loan Request

The Museum Committee is assembling Museum History Boxes covering a number of different local historical topics to be used as an educational tool.. The boxes will contain books, DVDs, CDs, artifacts, activities and resource binders with helpful teaching information.

The Museum History Boxes are available at no cost and can be checked out for a maximum of two weeks. It is recommended that boxes be reserved several weeks in advance to ensure availability.

To request a history box, submit the Loan Request Form below. Once the loan request has been received, a museum committee representative will contact you to arrange pick-up of the requested history box.
